Easy Setup and Administration
To activate Agency Programs, please send us an email at support@virtualcasemanager.com to enable the feature within your VCM site. After this, you’ll be able to use “Agency Programs” section to perform the initial setup of the Agency Programs.

Then, select a particular program in the “Extra Program Detail Fields” area section to make more detailed adjustments to programs, such as putting in custom program codes, privacy settings, and program detail fields.

Once set up, you can navigate to the Program Configuration section to add services used commonly used within each Agency Program and make even more detailed adjustments to the programs, such as putting in extra tracking fields, goals, and outcome types.
